Rack 'um and stack 'um crashes in berry field

These are coming in from development extras but I don't understand why the gutenprint packages are being triggered? Is this left over FC5 upgrade stuff?
Is the 13th core build dependent on the 13th extras build? If so the extras s/b done before core is released? Otherwise this could get to be a string of --excludes going on for a long time?

An hour and 1/4 after buildsys devel list notice.
15 min after my several local mirrors have sync'd
I get sent to sunsite.miff.cini.cz (which is in Northern Europe.)
And still no sign of extras build list, yet any yum on dev now requires extra to be on and therefore would fail on the gutenprint and noone would know why.

# yum update --exclude=parted --exclude=pyparted --exclude=gutenprint --exclude=gutenprint-plugin --exclude=imlib
