update mbox files

How can be sure that my mbox files are updating without requiring the user to run the mail command in the terminal. They will be using Evolution as a client reader on the server itself. Postfix is the active transport agent.

Examine the package "mail-notification"

Alternatively look at the gnome-panel tool in the package "gnubiff".
