Fedora+Damn small linux via USB?

IN fedora, is it possible to boot from a USB disk? As some may be aware, I am experimenting with DSL however, as I had some issues with DSL from CD running in my windows PC (unable to find an HTML file when running the CD in WIndows, and it just isn't recognised when I reboot..hmmm), and I can assume therefore that it prolly won't run inside FC6, So, not wanting to waste another CD, I decided to format a USB disk, and then run (or install, depending on how I'm feeling ) it on my FC6 box, so would it be possible to run from a formated USB disk automatically in FC6, or do I have to edit some hidden documents in /usr/var (or whatever).

ANy help greatly appreciated.

(if you just want to test it from within FC6 then http://wiki.debian.org/qemu is recommended here http://wiki.debian.org/Damn_Small_Linux )

You have to "burn" the iso image to a disc not just copy/write the iso to a disc. Those small live-distros that are under 200 MB I burn to a mini-CDRW for testing then if it boots and functions well you can write it to a CD-R.

You can use QEMU as has been mentioned also VMware Player. I have just recently run DSL-3.2RC2 in QEMU and grabbed the wallpaper and will post it in the gallery.
