Fedora Core 5 "Missing Operating System"[NOOB]

I'm using a pc I built. I installed Core 5 from Cd that came with a book. I followed it and partitioned correctly.

I have an ASUS M2N32 Sli-Deluxe Bios 0706 and the cd installs and says I install it succesfully, but when I boot on the harddrive it just goes until it says "Missing Operating System"

Sorry if this is a bad question, but I can't figure it out.

Hello:
No such thing as a bad question.

How many hard drives do you have attached?
If the answer is greater than one, try switching the boot order in you BIOS and give it a whirl again.

Thanks I did that. I have a raided drive for windows, i switched the boot order once. It said the same thing,

I also just unplugged the other drives for windows, and the same thing happened
