Netgear WG111v2

Okay, I have 2 Linux Systems currently, one is Linux only and the other is dual boot with windows. The dual-booting machine uses a Netgear WG111v2 USB Wireless Adapter. When I run Fedora, it detects the Adapter, but when I try to run set it up with my Windows *.inf file (via ndiswrapper), it can't find the adapter still. I have a few options, first, I need some explicit instructions on how to set up my adapter, two, where can I find pre-complied drivers, or three, or a new Wireless Adapter; which I need to know a model that can gurantee that it will work with Linux. Please help, I am really interested in Linux, but yet still a newb.

Hi, I am new in fedora and linux. I have netgear wg111v2, but i think that my system can not find it. How can i see for sure if fedora recognize my netgear?

type /sbin/lsusb to see if it has been detected

type /sbin/iwconfig to see if a working driver is installed, there should be an entry for wlan0 or similar.

Go to the search button at the top of the forum and type in wg111v2 for lots of threads on how to get this adapter working in FC6 and F7 (the thread title may not indicate wg111v2 but read the posts anyway)
