Toshiba M70-160 , bluetooth (omnibook kernel module), FC6

Can't enable bluetooth with omnibook kernel module (have Phoenix BIOS, toshiba M70-160)

doing:

# echo 1 > /proc/omnibook/bluetooth

but all i get is strange behavior of wifi card (works, but the LED sais it's off) and nothing with bluetooth (still disabled).

===

# modprobe omnibook userset=1

# cat /proc/omnibook/bluetooth
Bluetooth adapter is present and disabled.

Same here with the same M70 model. It must be a bug in omnibook, since bluetooth control is fresh with the new omnibook project.

If I enable bluetooth, it just disables my wifi, but the led is still on. So I have to do a complete power off.

Till it's fixed you can enable bluetooth by first go to winxp, and then reboot (not shutdown) to fedora, if you have a dual boot. It works also for multimedia and FN keys.

P.S.: Load omnibook with ectype 12 for M70 series. (modprobe omnibook ectype=12 userset=1)
