MP3 doesn't work even after Fluendo rpm installation

I installed gstreamer010-fluendo-mp3-ipp-0.10.0-1.flu.i386.rpm

I copied libgstflump3dec.so to ~/.gstreamer-0.10/plugins

mp3 still doesn't work in Totem and Rhythmbox
