error with io reading /fc6 is having problem reading disk geometry

I am have some problem with ,with getting fc6 installed where fc 1 has no problem. I am still looking at this I will remove all partitions and start agian...hhhmmmm.. do I need a partition before starting install...? ok well any thoughts will be appreciated,, Laters
