mplayer&codecs

I'm using fc5 with mplayer and codecs installed from livna repository.
Mplayer worked for some time but now i get the fallowing message:
"mplayer: error while loading shared libraries: /usr/lib/libavformat.so.50: cannot restore segment prot after reloc: Permission denied
"
i-ve reomved and installed mplayer ffmpeg and installed it again....nothing
