Post Can you set up programs to use spsefic nic?

I am using a my computer as a web server and have two three nic's of which I am using two and I have two internet connections I wish to have the my server apps us Eth2 while my user apps (fire fox and bit torrent) us Eth1. this is because of bandwidth restrictions put on us by comcast. So can it be done?

can you setup a rule in iptables to forward packets based on port to the relevant interface?
eg http and https traffic will be ports 80 and 445 which would be forwarded to eth1 [10.100.2.1]
all other traffic not in above rules goes to eth2 [10.100.2.2]
