Question Installing GRUB on another partition

Hi

I'm currently using XOSL as my main boot manager with GRUB on my FC6 partition. How easy would it be to use GRUB as my main boot manager? (which would load FC6 and XP).

It would be very easy. Just uninstall your old boot manager and install grub on the mbr of the drive with XP on it.

I can un-install XOSL without any problems but I'm not familiar with installing GRUB (only through the OS installation). Would GRUB need to go on the XP partition as XOSL was on a logical drive? (my data drive, FAT32). Btw, are you the same Harryc from the Suse forums?
