Error: (104, 'Connection reset by peer')

Well, I'm getting this error all the time: Error: (104, 'Connection reset by peer')

I happen to have ndiswrapper and madwifi installed. I had madwifi at first, now I have both. NetworkManager activates my antheros chipset (dwl-g520 rev B) wifi card.

I have trouble:
- downloading updates with yum
- browsing images (10 sec download or more)
- downloading ftp stuff
- using rsync

I think that it must be some bug or something (or bad config) because mandriva (and win) work fine from here. No problems with these on wifi.

Any suggestions?

Pentium IV 1.8 (no ht or dual core)
1 Gb pc 133 Mhz ram
1 40 Gb IDE HD (fedora install)
1 120 Gb IDE HD (reiserfs)
FC6 fully updated
