Will removing harddrive temporarily mean that my LVM will be permanently damaged?

Quote:
[root:~#] pvscan

PV /dev/sda13 VG Store lvm2 [30.00 GB / 0 free]
PV /dev/hdd8 VG Store lvm2 [30.31 GB / 0 free]
PV /dev/sda12 VG Games lvm2 [39.99 GB / 0 free]
Total: 4 [133.18 GB] / in use: 4 [133.18 GB] / in no VG: 0 [0 ]
I want to unplug the SATA drive (sda) - I suspect that a SATA related issue is preventing me being able to install FC6. If the FC6 install proceeds past the point I am having issues, I will not continue with the install. I will also plug the drives in again.

However in case I forget to replug the drives before I boot up normally in FC5 I want to know whether I run the risk of causing permanent damage to any of the Volume Groups listed above. I suspect the Home and Games ones should not be an issue. However because the Store group spans both sda and hdd I am concerned that if I boot up with sda un-plugged some damage might occur. My suspicion is that it too will be fine, but I'd rather get as many other opinions as possible.
