Remote in to server at home from work over Proxy

At work we use an Automatic Proxy Configuration URL which doesn't allow me to use putty to remote into my server at home. Any ideas on a way to remote into my server at home. I have FC 5. I have Webmin right now which has an SSH/Telnet Login option but it does not work. Any ideas?

The webmin ssh/telnet login seems to be the best choice.
Putty doesn't seem to offer any facility for that.

Have you set up java to use your auto-config proxy settings?
On windows, it's Start/Settings/Control Panel/Java.
General tab / Network settings.

The webmin module also relies on a few popup windows, so that may be something to check on. When you say the webmin connection "does not work", does it make any progress at all?

Thanks for the response, i don't have a "Java" option, but I do have a "Java Plug-in" Option, in there I went to the proxy tab. The proxy was setup to use the browser settings. There isn't a choice for a Automatic proxy configuration url but i pasted what i had from IE into the http proxy option. But I am getting the same result. While loading on the bottom of IE in the status bar it says "load class de.mud.jta.Applet not found"
Any thoughts on that?

Ok, I installed the new version of Java. Using IE i still get the same error, but if i use firefox I don't. With firefox i get the login box, I login, and after that the java ssh windows stays black and nothing happens after that.
