fedora spanish support
hello im new on linux, ive tried livecds distros but i want to try fedora, im new on this help me yes, but im from latin america, i need support in spanish, can anyone help me ?

La comunidad esta abierta para cualquiera, si tienes dudas acerca de Fedora, con gusto puedes exponerlas en el foro... Si tienes problemas con el ingles no te preocupes ya que hay bastantes miembros que hablan español y te pueden ayudar.... Lo mejor de este sitio es que todos tratamos de ayudar, no importa el lenguage...
En el peor de los casos se te puede ayudar traduciendo tus dudas al ingles y dejar que los expertos te den soluciones y de nueva cuenta traducirlas para ti en esp...

gracias, realmente me defiendo en el ingles, lo que pasa es que es mejor en nuestro idiona. mi pregunta es, fedora usa como 4 o 5 cd, o 1 dvd, si quiero utilizar fedora para desktop, cuantos cds necesito? ya que bajar esa cantidad de megas o gigas por internet es algo dificil aunque tengo 24/7 ancho de banda pero es demasiado.
ya he probado ubuntu, linspire, freespire, mandriva one, todos un cd y en livecd. no he tenido el honor de usar fedora por esa inquietud, se que es excelente, se deriva de redhat, y esta version me imagino trae muchas cosas buenas, quiero probar el sistema de graficos xfce. usar mp3, ver dvd, hacer todo lo que hago con mi pc y windows (que es vulnerable super vulnerable). quiero algo estable, seguro, compatible, facil de usar,

You can use a liveCD
Creo que puedes bajarte el liveCD de Fedora...
un solo CD...
lo pruebas y si te gusta lo instalas.
I think you can download Fedora liveCD
only one CD...
You can try it and if you like it you can install.

Momojorge, first of all, Welcome. If you look at the dates on this thread, they're two years old, so the problem's been long-solved or long-abandoned.
You did the right thing, btw, which even our CM neglected. Since this is an English language Forum, if you find you have to post in another language, it's best to also include an English translation. That way, the rest of the members can find their solutions easily.

Hi guys,
This "Necroposting" (the perfect word in this case, according to SpetrumDT), caught my attention, as many other spanish fedora users, I guest.
I've found this blog very usefull helping friends and relatives who doesn't speak english very well, to setup their first fedora installation.
So, maybe this reply will be usefull for others like them.
