Gnome-bluetooth-manager FC5

I have loaded some many different flavors I am lost.I have Acer Aspire 1640 with a 3com bluetooth pcmcia card. I disabled SE Linux and I am still getting this error when I run Gnome-bluetooth-manager in terminal.

Any help please doing this for school work and I am more lost than a virgin trying to unsnap his first bra.
