How to add another boot option on GRUB?

Hello

I need to add anoher boot option and modify the existent ones. FC6 is installed on /dev/sdb1, Mandriva 2007 on /dev/sda5 and XP on /dev/sda2. Both FC6 and Windows are ok but I need to include Mandriva 2007.

How can I do that?

Many thanks

Ed

Ed, can you grab the grub boot parameters from Mandriva and simply add them to your /boot/grub/grub.conf? If you didn't copy them down ahead of time, I'm sure someone on their Forum can provide the info for you. Then, just configure it to the hard drive boot positions on your machine. If you add it to the bottom of your grub.conf, don't forget to hit 'enter' one more time to add an empty line at the bottom of the grub.conf before saving your info.

Hi Bob. Don't you have any example - I have no idea on how to change grub.conf.
