Question Splitted screen after activating 3D effects with ATI 9000 Mobility

hello,
I just installed FC6 on my Latitude D600 with an ATI 9000 Mobility. Everything works fine, but after activating the 3D effects I have a splitted screen. The effects work well. Did anyone already had this problem? You can have a look on my screenshot here: http://sukw.blogspot.com/
Any help will be appreciated!
Thanks!
