mirror server step by step guide neded...

i'm trying to run a mirror server, but i get the following error message on the clients.

"Setting up repositories
ftp://10.0.0.5/pub/yum-repository/re...ta/repomd.xml: [Errno 4] IOError: [Errno ftp error] 550 Failed to change directory.
Trying other mirror.
Cannot open/read repomd.xml file for repository: base
failure: repodata/repomd.xml from base: [Errno 256] No more mirrors to try.
Error: failure: repodata/repomd.xml from base: [Errno 256] No more mirrors to try."


if i could find the step by step guide i would be the happiest guy...

That means that that directory doesn't exist.

Check your path with an ftp client (e.g. firefox) & see where you should be pointing.

i tried and i didn't work. i wont mind starting from scratch setting up the server.
