install this as root
rpm -ivh http://rpm.livna.org/livna-release-5.rpm

learn to use yum
http://easylinux.info/wiki/Fedora_fc5#How_To_use_Yum

then try yum install ndiswrapper

then if you have issues

i need to connect my machine on the net.. so im guessing firstly i have to install ndiswrapper on my linux box since i can only connect that machine via the wireless network..

how can i install ndiswrapper WITHOUT internet connection..
what files i have to download,
how to get arround the dependency issues ect ..

I didn't use RPM's to install ndiswrapper.

I went to ndiswrapper.sourceforge.net and downloaded ndiswrapper-1.23

You will have to have some of the development tools installed as well as kernel-devel for this to work.

Code:
gunzip and untar the ndiswrapper
	cd ndiswrapper
make (will get error about 4K stacks...don't worry, go on)
	make install
Then, I got the driver for my laptop from Dell's website. Grabbed the XP driver for my broadcom chipset.

Code:
	ndiswrapper -i /root/wireless\ drivers/bcmwl5.inf
	ndiswrapper -l (should show)
		bcmwl5 driver installed, hardware present
