Kopete webcam

This may sound stupid.

I installed my webcam, configured it in kopete and I can use it if I receive webcam calls from someone.

But the problem is, I can't make any calls. Where is the magical button? I think I looked at everywhere.

Kopete 0.11.3
KDE 3.5.4-0.1
from kde-redhat.org

I found this webpage:
http://wiki.kde.org/tiki-index.php?p...t&comzone=show

It says:
Open a MSN or Yahoo! chat with one of your buddies. Use the Send webcam option in file menu to send your webcam stream to your buddy. You should get the preview of your stream in a new dialog.
- Alternatively you can choose the desired action in the context menu of the contact.

There are no such options in my kopete.

I am having the same issue and have found the same page on many searches on google. I looked at the man page and found that there isn't one. I have looked at the help section and still no answer. I would look at the source code but I am not a programer by any means. I have tryed to search every site and forum I know of and have not found the answer as of yet, but I will let you know if I do.

The other thing I have found so far is only for MSN saying you must open some high port number. I have tryed this and still there is no option to bradcast the bewcam.

If some on on this forum has the answer, it would be greatly appreciated.

I found a diffent program that seems to work with my webcam but it also seems very unstable but if you want to check it out http://www.phrozensmoke.com/projects/pyvoicechat/
