hi maldini,
reboot your machine and make sure that this NIC is not enabled on boot. using a gui for fedora core, does the card show up as being recognized by the system. is so, what card is it listed as? what module (driver) is it using? does the proper module exist for your NIC in the list?
where are you? this nic is not marked in the U.S., so you'll have to go to your country's website to download the driver. it should be in a .zip folder which is easily decompressed (unzip file.zip). There should be a 'LINUX' directory created. According to the files, the compilation command is included at the end of the driver file. If you look in the HELP directory also created, there is a LINUX.TXT file which should help.
If you do a search for this NIC, there are also open-source drivers which you can also give a try.
