Multiple DNS and Domains

I've been searching around for an answer via google and maybe I don't know the right search terms. So heres what I'm wondering.

I'm running a webserver in my office. Lets say I have www.example.com with a DNS server registered for ns1.example.com running bind.

Now lets say I want to add www.anotherexample.com. I know I can just use ns1.example.com for the name server on the domain since I already have the DNS registered and setup. My question is... Can I register another DNS server at the same IP so that I can use ns1.anotherexample.com instead? Sorry if this doesn't make sense....

You 'just' have to setup bind to serve multiple domains.
In your case, two domains, example.com and anotherexample.com. Both www hosts could be mapped to the same IP address.

I guess what I'm getting at is maybe beyond DNS I don't know...

I'm thinking of something like if I want to allow others domains to host on my server. How do I give them their own DNS? Do I have to make them use My ns1.example.com DNS. Or can I give them their own DNS to match their domain?
