Lotus Notes 7.0.1 on Fedora??

Hi,
IBM release Lotus Notes 7.0.1 for Linux. It currently supports the RedHat Enterprise linux 3.2 (if I am not mistaken).
Question is, how close are the Fedora code trees and the RHEL code tree? Will Lotus Notes 7.0.1 also work on fedora? Has anyone done it?

I am running R6 at the moment with Wine and its working mostly fine but I really want a native client.

Thanks!

(oh and while we are at it... anyone ever ever seen a free Nortel VPN client? for linux.. obviously)

It should run with pretty much no problems. Redhat and Fedora code trees are still very similar, especially RPM file structures. If Notes 7.0.1 is in rpm format, you shouldn't have any problems. I am currently running Notes 7.0 under an eclipse environment in RHEL 4 - so if 7.0.1 is native Linux, it'll be much better!
