Unhappy Boot a recovery partition from grub

Hi, I have a IBM ThinkPad that has a recovery partition to restore the factory settings, I don't know for sure if this problem happened because I moved that partition or it's access was somehow blocked by grub but now I can't initialize that partition so I can't restore my windows partition.

Does someone know if I can initialize blocked partitions like this restore partition with Grub ?
And if so, can you help me with the configuration files ?

Thanks anyway

Grub never "initializes" any partition - so I don't know what you mean. If you want to delete the recovery partition, load gparted or qtparted and re-format the partition.

The recovery partition is not bootable by either grub nor the Windows ntldr. You need to use the bios recover utility to "fix" your disk from the recovery partition., but it will try to restore windows.
