BroadComm BCM4318

Hi there how does one configure the BroadComm BCM4318 Airport WiFi card in FC-5. I have heard that there are two methods available one is to use the native driver support and the other is to use NDIS wrappers. What is the difference between both of them and which is better. Also please suggest me the steps for the same.

regards
AC
