Looking for webcam capture/secruity program?

I'm looking to use my old webcam to capture snap shots or video. For example I would like to be able to set it to snap a picture every 10 seconds and save that image. Even better, it would only save the shots for the last say week then delete.

Any suggestions?

I think Camstream is probably what you're looking for.
Code:
yum install camstream
