Firewall GUI FC4

I am at a loss as to what I did wrong, but I was trying to open two ports in my firewall using the configuration GUI. After closing the GUI, I am now unable to get it to open again. I didn't get any errors around exit time either. Can anyone help me diagnose and fix this problem. Thanks.
