Arrow FC5 on an IBook G4?

Does anyone know if i can put fedora core 5 on an apple iBook G4 as the only OS on the laptop?

if so is there any difference in setup from that of a pc?

i'm not sure what a ppc package is, i'm just curious if i can format the hard drive and install FC5 from teh DVD. i just want to hold off on buying the ibook until i know i can put FC5 on it

Well ppc stands for power pc , to be honest with u, i never tried it my self, but according to my mac technician friend, he said u can install ubuntu with the ppc packages, which we believe u can do the same with ferora's ppc packages.
