FC5: Intel Pro/Wireless 2200BG connect to CKIP / TKIP

I have tried a open connection to home wireless router is successful using WEP, only input the encryption key. But i would like to know whether i can connect using TKIP / CKIP protocol as my company is using that. See if anyone could help
