There are a number of reasons why playing Xbox games on Linux is nearly impossible:
  • Direct X API. Even though there have been strides made on the Wine win32 API implementation and Direct X implementation, the Xbox Direct X is not exactly the same as the one for the PC.
  • Even though the architecture of the Xbox is x86, and the Xbox kernel is an NT derivative, I'm not so sure that the wine implementation would handle the games.
  • To the best of my knowledge all emultaors out there are for Windows® only.

Google is your friend.

Since I'm a Linux-only kind of guy, I couldn't say which is the best for Windows®, but I'm sure Windows® users using an emulator would know

knowledge known - there is no XBOX emulators in existance except for the one found on the XBOX 360.

When dealing with microsoft products, and software expect less.
(that's not a quote, that's reality)
