D-Link D-Link DWL-G520 installation problem

I am having a strange problem there. I run FC5 under kernel kernel-2.6.17-1.2139_FC5 (on a "smp" box, but I guess there is no problem)

I followed somewhat the thread http://www.fedoraforum.org/forum/sho...light=dwl-g520

/sbin/lspci gives me

I have installed:
kmod-madwifi-0.9.0-1.2.6.17_1.2139_FC5 and kernel-2.6.17-1.2139_FC5

The card sees my AP

But when trying to add the wirelss card it shows only up under the "Ethernet Connection" and NOT under the "Wireless Connection". So I cannot configure it! Any ideas?

Well I forgot this one:

Nobody has experienced this problem or has a solution for his?
