Pinnacle PCTV Stereo

Soo... I'm strugling with this TV tuner card. It seems to be autodetected just fine, but I can't find any channels in TVtime. I have zero experience with tuner cards, and I have no idea how to proceed, so if anyone could help me, I'd really appreciate it.

EDIT:

I'm in Norway, (if that matters?). As far as I can see from dmesg the card is detected properly, but what do I know. Does anyone know what it's supposed to look like? I've tried all the available frequency tables. If I hook up my tv to the antenna jack I intend to use with this card, the tv can find all of the (four ) available channels no problems. I looked into MythTv, but it a) Does way too many things; I just wanna watch tv on my pc, and b) seems to be a lot of work for something that just *might* solve my problem.
