Kind of difficult to know how to answer this. We're going to need a bit more detail on what you want. The NFS client & server utilities are certainly available as part of the Fedora core, is that what you mean? In fact, if you've done a default developer install they're almost certainly installed already.

I don't know of one. NFS is well NFS. It's pretty standard.
