When you say won't start, do you mean won't power on? Won't boot up? What?

How is the iPod connected? USB? Do you any other USB devices, are your USB ports dodgy? Have you tried disabling USB in the BIOS and seeing if that effects whether you can boot?

Too many possibilities, more info?

Thank you for taking my problem.

Computer won't bootup at all, not even go to BIOS. Just CD drive light blinking & HDD LED blinking.
iPod is connected through USB. No other device is connected. I disconnect every thing except two HDD ( 40 GB(primary) 80 GB (sec.),CD/DVD, keyboard, monitor & mouse.

So now, even though the iPod is connected the system won't boot ?

Attached or not, your IPod should not stop/start your system from booting.
Bad Bios that configured to boot to a USB device ?
Did you make any changes to the Bios before this problem ?
