How to build rpm from src.rpm?

I'm trying to get gaim 2.0 beta3 working but there's no guifications for that version. there's gaim-guifications-2.13-0.beta3.src.rpm on their page but how can I build an rpm from it and then install it?

rpmbuild --rebuild file.src.rpm

If you need to change how the rpm is built, you can install the src.rpm and edit the spec. THis is more complicated though, see www.rpm.org/max-rpm/ for a good book on all things rpm.
