I am looking for good books in following areas:
IPtables: I have been told that WILEY's "Red Hat Linux Firewalls" should be a safe bet. This area is where I find it most difficult to decide what book to buy! Many books explaining IPtables ... what it is, what it can do etc etc. I would like to know "almost everything" about it ... what book should I get ???
TCP/IP Networking: Most people seem to praise OReilly's "TCP/IP Network Administration, 3rd Edition". This is the one I thought I go for! If you've got any objects about this, please let me know
Security: How to secure a home LAN??? There's probably no book about this topic
Too bad! I would like to get a book that could hold my hand, the same time it instructed me how to set up (harden) a LAN. There may be some "Network Security"-books that would fit in this description!?!
Any/all input and/or suggestions are welcome!
