ANaconda not working (or possibly problems with RPMs?)

I've tried to install FC5 3 times now (fresh installs). It gets as far as partitioning my disks (so I don't have a working installation to fall back to, then stops. This has happened with two iso downloads and an ftp installation. (I tried yum but the dependencies were too big) It gives me the option to save the log file to a ffloppy, giving me this: http://www.u-blog.net/wesetters/article/fc5 (bit long I'm afraid)

Anyone got an idea?

You did check your discs with the media check method? However, you also did a ftp installation. I'd compare the errors on those two.

If it is not the CD I would check your RAM with memtest (on the installer disc) or your hard drive.

yeah...the memtest. The thing is, it came up with an error after 12 hours. I'm thinking that I should stick some old (but functional) RAM in the machine for the install and then swich back.
