trouble ticket system

anyone wants to share their experience with open trouble ticket system with FC?

so far i was far most interested with open trouble ticket system details, anyone have tried this before with their current work,appreciate some feedbacks with it.

Trac's nice and basic, especially if you're using subversion.

Haven't setup a bugzilla, but it's got a whole slew of features.

OTRS is probably better if you are tracking support calls. Trac and bugzilla were for software development first, I see ORTS even uses a bugzilla to track issues in their software.
