Data Recovery

1)It say's that when removing files using rm command physically data is not deleting only the inode entry is removing.

2)Is it possilble to recver deleted data if know the deleted file inode number

You don't have to know anything really. There are programs that will allow you to retrieve files that have been accidentally deleted rather easily. They don't always work like you want them to, but they do work.
