CPU affinity on Dual Core or Dual or CPU systems

HI all..

How can i set an application to run on a single processor core?

In my case its an Athlon X2 64, and the application its jumping around the processors.

Solved:

Simplest method:
install the run package from the dag repository, then as root:
run --bias=1 --pid=1231,1232
... or so ...
run --help
