Password problems need to be analyzed

The function to get a new log/pass emailed to us doesn t seem to be working at all.
I tried it many times and nothing, no email from fedoraforum.
It is not a spam control problem I receive emails from the forum not related to that issue.
Need to have a closer look to what is the problem.
