Installing windows decoration

Okey dokey, I'm trying to install the above windows decoration on my KDE Fedora 1 and I did:
./configure (successful, I think)
make (got the following errors)

[alphaoide@localhost kwinsmoothakuaosk-0.9]$ make

So, to the point, how could I resolve this?

Hi, if you do any sort of development work like this, then you need the corresponding development packages.

Your program, I think, as I have not tried it, is looking for qt3-devel RPM's. Have a look on your CD's or do

apt-get install qt3-devel

or

yum install qt3-devel

then try compiling again.
