ADSL setup on FC5

Hi,
I have freshly installed FC5 in a dual boot machine with another xp box.

I'm using adsl internet connection on xp with a SAGEM FAST 500 Modem for adsl.

my question : is it possible to configure ADSL on FC5 using some wizard ?

what are the infos i need to supply in this case ?

In previous Linux distributions i was using some opensource ADSL drivers like : EAGLE USB

but this driver is not working for new linux kernels >2.10.x

I also tried using eciadsl ; but in FC5 there is a missing module that is necessarry to compile eciadsl.

does someone knows any other drivers i can use for FC5 adsl setup ?

any help is greately appreciated.

thanks.

There is a bash script that can configure your adsl-connection.

Code:
/sbin/adsl-setup

The driver eagle-usb has been substituted with ueagle-atm since kernel 2.6.15, and it's indeed included in the current Fedora kernel.
Btw, your modem doesn't seem to be included in the supported ones, and I can't find any info about it. What's its PID&VID? Install usbutils and post the result of:
Code:
lsusb -v

Thanks for the two interesting replies.

Actually i investigated the EAGLE atm USB new driver for newer linux kernels . i found it quit difficult to install and there is not yet a good documentation for that.

I wonder if there is another ADSL Driver for FC5 that i can install and use without great difficulties.
probably someone could point me to such drivers saving me the time to Google for it.

ps:
also can i setup adsl on FC5 using some wizard ? i suspect i need to supply informations like first and second DNS of my ISP . right ?

if this could be done ; how can i get theses DNS from my xp box? (probably using some dos command to get theses infos)

thanking you.

I don't know if you still need more info, but here is a link to the install of ueagle-atm.
You probably needed to install the ueagle-data-...tar.gz. The tutorial is in french, but maybe it can help.
