Please stop bugging me about my mouse battery

Basically the same problem as in this thread. Except that was F11, and it's still there in F17 with Gnome 3.

I do not need to be warned about the low battery on my wireless mouse. Especially when I have *two* wireless mouses and Gnome won't tell me which is low. And I certainly don't need the warning randomly covering up what I'm looking at.

Is there any way to disable this warning? I would much appreciate an answer, if not an actual fix. It should always be possible to disable notifications.
