LSI SCSI RAID Card

I can't seem to get Fed 12 to install off the CD for my RAID card. It is a .EXE file and I have d/l Wine but that doesn't work. Do I need to run from the Term. or YUM it?
I'm a newbie at Linux. What am I doing wrong here. Thx
