about the forum
it wont let me post in the appropiate sub-forum so i'll post here instead
but whens the forum gonna be fixed? this flickering ( light ) is annoying also. any ideas how i can block it? it makes me watch pr0n more often.

Moved to Feedback/Suggestions.
The flickering light is a graphics feature that Dan's put up to call attention to the problem that we've still got issues. As to the timeframe; people are working on it, but they have real lives to lead besides their volunteer work. Patience, patience...
And, let me look at your settings to see why you can't post here..... Nope, nothing blocking it that I can find. Oh, and to block the blinking fluorescent light? --- scroll down just a bit. TA DA!

if i clicked on HOME it will now send me to the right area, but clicking on FORUMS just sends me back to thewhite error page

Okay, now they both point to the Forums listings for the moment until we get the core issue solved. Also, for the newer members, I've linked the missing content of the Posting Rules, Linux Help and Set-Up Guides to pages on my home server. Just a temporary modification but hope it helps a bit.
