Unhappy can't access my network drive

hi i'm very new to this and need a little help.

I can see that my western digital world book (network drive) is being detected by fedora 18 32bit in the files app. i can click on browse network and see that myworldbook is present but get the following error when i try to access the media on it "Could not display “192.168.0.2 (afp)”. The file is of an unknown type.

Does this thing have a nfsd? Even the cheapest network drive should have one ;-)

It appears that this thing must be unlocked for it to expose the shares as NFS per the wikipedia on the device.
