Cannot start Startx

Hi guys....I'm new to Fedora and recently I've installed Fedora 10 in my laptop, the installation was successful but whenever I start my OS I get the error which says:-

"ata1:softreset failed (device not ready)"
"ata2:softreset failed (device not ready)"

After this error the fedora core starts and i get a login screen without any GUI - a normal command line interface asking for Username and Password....

Even in this i get an error which says "ForceXPAON" which I managed to solve it

But after when I type "Startx" .......I get this on my screen...

/vat/log/Xorg.0.log
Error : Unable to locate/open config file.
"new driver is ATI"
Error : Open /dev/fb0 : No such file or directory.
Error : Screens found but none have a usable config.

Fatal server error
No screen found

giving up

xinit : No such file or directory (error no 2) : unable to connect to x server
xinit : No such process (error no. 3) : Server error...

My laptop configuration is given below :

HP Pavilion DV6-1211AX
Athlon Turion X2 Dual Core Mobile processor - 2.20 Ghz
320 GB hard disk
4 Gb RAM
1 Gb dedicated Graphic card of ATI Radeon HD 4650

Thanks for reading this big error...but if you guys can help me out to find the solution ...i'll be obliged for that....

Yes, F12 is the current version. http://fedoraproject.org/en/get-fedora

Now, that may not solve the problem, but it's a better place to work from. I'd also do a search on the Forum for your video card and laptop. Others may have gotten it working.
