on one of my computers I have problem with lag after login. I'm using KDE spin and the lag appears afger login before showing KDE splash screen. From other terminal I've found, that problem is in "dbus-launch --sh-syntax --exit-with-session" which takes 100% IO read for few minutes, effectively blocking everything else.
It does not happen always (e.g. there is no problem after relogin), but happens 9 from 10 logins after reboot.
It happens not only for existing users, but also for new users with clean home, so I guess clearing old configuration will not help much.
Installation was continually upgraded from 13 to 17, so maybe clean install will help, but first I want to find where the problem actually is.
